Hi there! My name is Ryan Cali and I'm a graduate student student in Computational Neuroscience studying the application of artificial intelligence to medical imaging data (specifically Magnetic Resonance Imaging or MRI). I hope to work on developing more accurate, efficient, and open source approaches to interpreting brain imaging data with the ultimate goal of identifying unique characteristics associated with disease. Previously, I was working in a laboratory at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School where I developed and deployed multimodal analysis pipelines for use with neuroimaging data acquired in traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients.
